mobilinanews (Jakarta) – Toyota Gazoo Racing Indonesia will rely on 2 racers from the ITCR 1200 class in Round 2 of the 2023 ISSOM Car Racing Championship at Sentul International Circuit, Bogor.
During the event to be held on July 1 and 2, Jordan Johan will no longer be alone but will have a teammate at the ITCR 1200.
“Planning for Series 2 for ISSOM 2023 is already with the other driver, who will partner with Jordan,” Dimitri Fitra Ditama, director of Toyota Gazoo Racing Indonesia told mobilinanews.
Who is this talented and lucky runner? Dimitri Fitra couldn’t answer yet.
“We have tested several drivers. But it has not been decided who will accompany Jordan. It is still under discussion with Toyota Astra Motor as Principal”, explained Dimitri Fitra.
What is certain is that Jordan Johan is still using the Agya GR Sport he has been using since last year.
Meanwhile, new riders will use the All New Agya GR Sport, which was just launched in early 2023.
With two teams of racers in the ITCR 1200 class, Toyota Gazoo Racing Indonesia fielded a total of 3 racers in the 2023 ISSOM Motor Racing Championship. Another racer is Haridarma Manoppo who competes in the ITCR 1600 Max class, using the Yaris GR Sport . (budsan)
