Sergio Perez disappointed, he couldn’t be optimal at the Canadian GP

F1 News: Red Bull Racing driver Sergio Perez was very disappointed with his race results at the last F1 Canadian Grand Prix. He was only able to finish sixth after experiencing several problems with his car.

Unlike Max Verstappen, who progressed smoothly up front, Sergio Perez had to struggle hard in the mid-table competition. Thanks to his best efforts, the Mexican rider was then only able to finish sixth overall. This result is clearly disappointing considering that Perez had shone at the start of the season. Perez then urged Red Bull to fix their car and not just focus on Verstappen. While Verstappen can feel comfortable and tight, he should be able to feel a similar feeling with the RB-19.

“Today was a bit of a shock, we just didn’t have the pace. At first it looked good on the hard tyres, but as soon as the safety car came on I didn’t. couldn’t get the speed back on those tires and we haven’t ‘t. It was important for us to take the time to understand the race result, especially at a bad pace and you have to overcome it. I confidence and I know what I have left to do. But today we couldn’t achieve that,” Perez said.

“Right now I’m more worried about my declining form than my place in the championship because the speed of our car doesn’t exist,” he said once again.
