Bhakti Investama is in the business of investment management, which buys the property of various companies, repairs them, and then resells them.

During the Indonesian economic crisis after the collapse of the New Order, Hary through his company made many mergers and acquisitions.

In 2000, Bhakti Investama took over part of the shares of Bimantara Citra and later changed its name to Global Mediacom when it held the majority of shares.

Since the takeover, Hary has been involved in the broadcast media and telecommunications sector.
