Bisnis.com, JAKARTA – Here are the results of the Formula 1 race (F1) Canadian GP won by Max Verstappen.
Red Bull’s Max Verstappen wins F1 Canadian GP at Circuit Gilles Villeneuve, Monday (20/6/2022).
Max Verstappen beat Ferrari’s Carlos Sainz Jr, who became finalist in F1 Canadian Grand Prix.
Interestingly, in third position appears the name of Lewis Hamilton, Mercedes driver. This is Hamilton’s first podium after fasting for the previous seven series.
The former F1 world champion overcame the problem of porpoising in his car. Hamilton also admitted he was happy with his achievements in the Canadian F1 GP.
“To be honest, it’s quite extraordinary to be third here. This year has been a great battle with the car and as a team,” said Lewis Hamilton, as quoted by Motorsport.
“It’s something I’m very proud of and I’m inspired by my crew. So thank you to everyone here,” Hamilton said.
Hamilton’s teammate George Russell finished fourth in Canada’s F1 GP. Followed by Charles Leclerc (Ferrari) in fifth place.
