London featured prominently in some of the country’s best performances at the Olympics, with Forest City athletes either part of or directly winning four of those medals:

  • Damien Warner reaches 9,000 points and steps onto the decathlon podium
  • Suzanne Grainger is one of eight women to win a gold medal in rowing
  • Jessie Fleming and Shelina Zadorsky lead Canada to the top of the women’s soccer world.
