Here are a number of national teams that have been confirmed as having failed to qualify for the Top 16 and have been eliminated from World Cup 2022.
In the 2022 World Cup duel on Tuesday (29/11), three more countries were knocked out and could no longer continue.
Ecuador became an additional team from Group A which was eliminated. Ecuador lost 1-2 to Senegal, so they had to be ready to take third place in Group A.
From Group B, Iran and Wales must also lift their bags from the 2022 World Cup. Iran, who only need a draw to qualify for the round of 16, will lost 0-1 to the United States.
Meanwhile, Wales were powerless against England. Wales lost 0-3 in the duel while ensuring they are in last place.
Previously, Qatar and Canada were eliminated from the 2022 World Cup.
Qatar swallowed two defeats, notably against Ecuador with a score of 0-2 and fell to Senegal with a score of 1-3.
These two defeats blocked Qatar’s chances of qualifying for the knockout stages. Qatar suffered even more after losing again in the last game.
Qatar fell to the Netherlands 0-2. Thus, Qatar ended the 2022 World Cup without earning points.
Meanwhile, Canada is also certain to be eliminated after losing the first two games. Canada lost to Belgium 0-1 and lost again 1-4 to Croatia.
