The victory of the Moroccan national team, of course, cannot be separated from the role Walid Reragui, Morocco coach at the 2022 World Cup. Previously, Walid replaced Vahid Halilhodzic last August. This change of coach was due to the difference in vision between the Moroccan football federation and Validé concerning the preparation of the Moroccan national team for the world cup. Walid is considered capable of taking Morocco to the round of 16 of the World Cup with less than three months of preparation for the Moroccan national team.
