Sandiuno Sukabumi Lovers Carriage leader Evie Sofia said training in aromatherapy soap making could become a new venture to improve the economy of Cicurug village. He also admitted that the program was successful because it had a link for exports to go international.

“We at Lovers’ Carriage Sandiuno Sukabumi are conducting aromatherapy soap making training to enhance the skills of MSME actors, housewives and also millennials,” Evie said in the multi-purpose hall of the Cicurug Village, Cicurug District, Sukabumi Regency, Friday (2023/3/18).

“They are excited to follow the speakers where we already have connections for export buyers from Canada and India, so we are tapping into the local wisdom of moringa based aromatherapy soap, honey, turmeric, milk and strawberries,” he continued.

Evie explained that Sandiaga Uno is a figure who focuses on the welfare of the Indonesian people, especially MSME actors. While the program which was intensified by volunteers complied with its guidelines. “Bang Sandi is a figure who cares about MSMEs and job creation, so we support his program which focuses on work. With this, we support them to become successful entrepreneurs,” Evie explained. .

One of the participants, Imas (41 years old), was enthusiastic about participating in a training that had a great impact on MSMEs. According to him after the training he will develop his potential in the field of beauty. “I am interested in this training, having a chilli business by learning how to make soap can increase the income, moreover the capital is minimal but the profits are very high,” Imas said.

All participants hoped to receive further training. Imas also said that Sandiaga Uno could have a positive influence on Indonesia’s economic progress.

“Through Sandiaga Uno and Sandiuno Lovers’ Cart, we hope that more and more MSME actors will benefit from free seminars so that additional income will be provided to us, especially housewives. Hope the movement of M Sandiuno can be a great influence for Indonesia,” he concluded.
