“I’ve been hearing for 3 months (that) China will supply important weapons to Russia, but they haven’t,” he said.

Biden stressed that this doesn’t mean there won’t be arms shipments to Russia, just that China hasn’t.

“It’s not that they won’t, but they didn’t,” he continued, speaking at a press conference while in Canada on Friday (24/ 3/2023).

Furthermore, he pointed out that his country does not underestimate China and Russia, which are both great countries.

“I don’t take China lightly. I don’t take Russia lightly,” he added.
