“We always want to do more to support Ukraine. This includes (Canada) continuing to train soldiers and potentially expanding the training of Ukrainian pilots,” Trudeau said, as published. Reuters.
Trudeau and the other leaders of the G7, which includes the United States, Japan, Germany, Britain, France and Italy, have sent a clear signal to Russia that they will continue to support the Ukraine, increasing their support.
US President Joe Biden also expressed his appreciation for the joint allied training program which is planned to train Ukrainian pilots in the use of F-16 fighter jets.
