Meanwhile, in Indonesia, tests of the Jakarta Bandung fast train will be carried out during the G20, i.e. in November 2022.
This was stated by Deputy Minister (Wamen) of State Enterprises II Kartika Wirjoatmodjo.
“We will carry out tests later in November 2022 during the G20 from the Tegalluar road to Kopo,” said Kartika Wirjoatmodjo, quoted Monday (9/12/2022).
He also said that the arrival of a series of high-speed trains in Indonesia is a form of preparation for the G20 activities to be held next November. It is expected that Indonesian President Joko Widodo and Chinese President Xi Jinping will pay a working visit to see the progress of the work and at the same time test the inspection train (EMU – CIT) of DK 127 at Tegalluar Station .
“God willing, according to the calendar like this, but we will see at the time of the G20,” he declared. The Jakarta Bandung Fast Train Series (KCJB) arrives at Tanjung Priok Port, Jakarta.
Currently, PT KCIC, together with a consortium of contractors, continues to accelerate development and prepare requirements ahead of dynamic testing and operations next year.
