Jakarta (ANTARA) – The Central Information Commission (KI) visited the Information and Privacy Commissioner (IPC of Ontario), Toronto, Canada, to review opportunities for business models integration for the management of personal data protection with the disclosure of public information.

Deputy Chairman of the Central Information Commission Arya Sandhiyudha said that the integrated data protection and public information disclosure management model implemented in Canada is one of the models studied by the Central Information Commission.

“So, when it comes to the relationship between personal data protection and public information disclosure, there are three models of approach: First, the integration model, an example is Canada,” said Arya in a press release received on Friday in Jakarta.
