According to him, the preparation of the organizing committee coupled with the completion of the Indonesia Arena, the largest indoor stadium with a capacity of 16,000 spectators in Gelora Bung Karno (GBK), Senayan, indicates that Indonesia is passionate about hosting the basketball world cup.

“A month from now, Indonesia will be in the spotlight of the world as it hosts the basketball world cup. We have a new and beautiful indoor stadium, and the defending champion, as well as the first in the world basketball rankings, Spain appears here. A total of 32 countries participated in the FIBA Basketball World Cup which was held in Indonesia, Japan and the Philippines. Jakarta, as hosts, will hold preliminary round matches in two groups, namely Group G which includes Spain, Iran, Ivory Coast and Brazil, while Group H includes Canada, Latvia, Lebanon and France.
