AARC 2023 brought together 1,052 participants from multiple countries, namely Thailand, Taiwan, South Korea, South Africa, Singapore, Philippines, Malaysia, Japan, China, Australia, China England, Canada and Cambodia.
In addition to inviting REAAA member countries themselves, this event also invited infrastructure professionals, both from the private sector and those affiliated with the state, actors, researchers, practitioners, NGOs, banks.
