PUPR Minister ensures that all G20 supporting infrastructure projects have been completed

These preparations include structuring and improving the infrastructure of the Ngurah Rai Mangrove Park in Bali and the Taman Mini Indonesia Indah in Jakarta for G20 Summit It’s finish.

The Ministry of PUPR has also completed preparations for the development of the Garuda Wisnu Kencana (GWK) area to support the G20 summit.

The Ministry of PUPR is in the process of structuring the Ngurah Rai Tahura mangrove area which is around the Muara Nusa Dua reservoir area.

Later, this area will be used as a showcase of the mangrove for heads of state and delegates in attendance.

In addition to the works in the mangrove nursery area, the scope of other works includes the construction of the entrance gate, G20 monument, plaza area, beji, wantilan.

Then the mangrove tracking trail, the reception area (lobby, ticket office, reception desk), the observation tower, the observation deck to Benoa Bay, the parking area around the reservoir of Muara and the development of the Head of State’s parking area over an area of ​​2.6 hectares.

In addition, infrastructure improvements are also being carried out in the Garuda Wisnu Kencana (GWK) area whose scope of work includes the development and renovation of Tirta Amertha, the development of Gateway 3, the ramps to Festival Park, VVIP car park, new access to Jalan Indraloka, East Ring Road, West Ring Road. , as well as the access road to parking A GWK.

Other infrastructure support includes upgrading the Sp. Siligita–Kempinski and a 6.5 km mangrove showcase.

The Ministry of PUPR also renovated infrastructure and facilities in Taman Mini Indonesia Indah (TMII), Jakarta, ahead of preparations for the Indonesian Presidency of the G20 Summit.

The renovation carried out by the Ministry of PUPR on the TMII zone includes several types of work. Starting from the development of the main gate area and the renovation of the joglos of Sasono Utomo, Sasono Langgeng Budoyo and Sasono Adiguno. Next, the renovation of the museum area which includes the Garuda Theater Museum, the Telkom Museum and the Keong Mas Museum.
