Jakarta: Google previously reportedly postponed the release of Android 14 and decided on the launch date of this operating system, as well as the launch of the Pixel 8 and Pixel 8 Pro.
Now confirmation is circulating, but not for an official announcement, which will only be made on launch day. Information from a Canadian cellular carrier called Telus indicates how long it will take to roll out the software update to the devices it sells.
Quote GSM Arena, all Pixel devices, Pixel 4a and Android U, are scheduled to release on October 4. Android U is short for Android Upside Down Cake, the code name for Android 14.
However, Android 14 rolling out to all Pixel devices on Telus’ roster on October 4 is just a rumor, and Telus hasn’t explained further on the matter.
It is believed that Google discovered the distribution of this information on various social networks and asked Telus to remove this information. However, this information has become the basis for various speculations circulating on the Internet.
A number of parties also believe that this information has little potential for disinformation. Previously, Google leaked the Pixel 8 and Pixel 8 Pro on YouTube, revealing that both phones would be available for pre-order on their launch date, October 4, 2023.
This video uploaded by Google doesn’t just show design leaks, although it doesn’t show more detailed information about the specifications and features of the devices that will soon replace the Pixel 7 and Pixel 7 Pro.
Meanwhile, YouTube is trying to present games as one of the company’s experiential offerings. YouTube has added a new Playables section to its site, featuring games that can be played on both desktop and mobile versions of the website.
For starters, Playables will only appear for a limited number of users, and no list of playable game titles is available at this time. The 9to5Google report states that one of the games that can be played on Playables includes Stack Bounce.
