As is known, Jokowi underwent a series of agendas for the ASEAN summit on Saturday (12/11). An important message that Jokowi often conveys is the importance of regional stability.
“The Indo-Pacific is a strategic area, so this region is not free from rivalry which, if not handled properly, can lead to open conflict. ASEAN-India must be able to become a guardian of stability and prosperity in the Indo-Pacific,” Jokowi said while attending the ASEAN-India summit, as noted in a written statement from the Office of Press, Media and Information of the Presidential Secretariat.
