Forbes released the full list of the richest people in the world for 2023. More recently, up to 2,640 people from 77 countries were listed as the richest people in the world.

The United States (US) still maintains its position as the country with the most wealthy people in the world. There are 735 billionaires on the Forbes list who hail from the United States. The total wealth of people in the United States currently stands at US$4.5 trillion, or if converted to rupees, the value could be equivalent to 67,617 trillion rupees (assuming an exchange rate of 15,000 rupees) .

Next is China, which has as many as 495 billionaires with a total wealth of US$1.67 trillion or 25,095 trillion rupees. Even though it ranks second, the number of richest people in China is down from 2022, which had 539 billionaires with a collective wealth of US$1.96 trillion or the equivalent of US$29.453 trillion. rupees.

The 3rd place alone is occupied by India, which currently has 169 billionaires with a total wealth of US$675 billion or the equivalent of 10,141 trillion rupees.
