He also added that to achieve his goal of participating in the Asian Games, he is now training more and maintaining his diet.
“Exercise constantly, run a lot, don't eat carelessly. It can lose weight. “I'm currently following the program and I'm hopeful that I can lose weight,” said Ronda Rousey, a fan of mixed martial arts athletes.
The achievements of women who discovered Jujitsu only three years ago are quite good.
Among other things, he won two gold medals at the national championship and one gold at the Indonesian submission championship as well as two gold medals in Malaysia.
