In the post, there is a video of someone struggling to remove the vermicelli from the wrapper and then burn it. In the video, the vermicelli is burnt and appears to have melted like plastic.

The 1 minute 37 second video is accompanied by a narration,

Fact Check Liputan6.com found videos claiming Chinese people were flocking to Indonesia. This information was uploaded by a Facebook account on February 2, 2023.

The video claiming Chinese are flocking to Indonesia shows a group of people in brown shirts wearing vests and black helmets walking against the backdrop of Lion Air airline planes.

The video contains the following text.

The video is captioned as follows.

Message circulating on social media claiming that President Jokowi was furious because part of the island of Maluku had been taken by China. This post has been circulating for a few days.

An account posted it on Facebook. The account uploaded it on March 7, 2023.

In his message, there is a Democrazy News article titled “Jokowi is furious that the island of Maluku has been partly taken over by China.”

Account added narration “PURA PURA IS GERAM WHEN HE WAS GIVEN TO CHINA TO PAY THE DEBT. The behavior has not changed”
