Last June, in China, a group of 11 tourists had to hang upside down on a roller coaster because a power outage sowed chaos at an amusement park in Hebei province.
A month later, eight tourists, including seven children in the United States, found themselves stranded for eight hours on a roller coaster that suddenly stopped due to technical problems.
