Long unknown Nicholas Latifi swept up to be a student

F1 News: Former F1 driver Nicholas Latifi decided to end his racing career earlier this year and focus on studying at London Business School.

Nicholas Latifi has been out of sight since losing his seat at Williams at the end of 2022. He doesn’t seem interested in changing racing categories in the near future.

In an upload to his personal social media account on Tuesday (18/7), the man from Canada admitted he was determined to focus on the world of conferencing.

“I decided at the beginning of the year that I would not have any race plan for 2023. It is very strange not to follow the same routine that I have followed for more than half of my life”, wrote Latifi.

“Knowing that I wasn’t going to be driving a race car this year, I definitely started thinking about what to expect, whether it was racing or something completely different.

“I decided that in the near future I wanted to take my time and go a different path and focus on a different path. Growing up I was always interested in the business world and I always said that it was something I would have studied in college if I hadn’t chosen a race track.

“With that in mind, and knowing that I might take a break from racing for a while, I decided to pursue an MBA and focus on something that would change the next phase of my life. An MBA has always been something I thought about doing after retiring from world racing, albeit in my late 30s and early 40s.”

After deciding to aim for an MBA, Nicholas Latifi constantly researched where the best places to study were. He was then accepted into London Business School, one of the best campuses in the world to study business.

“After a five-month journey since the start of the process, I am happy to say that my application has been accepted for a place on the London Business School (LBS) MBA programme, which I will start in August this year,” did he declare. .
