jombang – Rocky Gerung once again criticized President Jokowi. This time he criticized the issue of the state capital (IKN). Rocky Gerung believes that Jokowi was wrong because he proposed the IKN project in Canada.

“What happened to IKN? That’s what I said, Jokowi made a fool of himself because he wanted to sell IKN to Canada. He’s an idiot, isn’t he? Canada is the most anti-deforestation country. It’s definitely rejected. In fact, it’s been rejected,” Rocky Gerung said when he was president of the Student Forum Seminar at Darul Ulum (Undar) Jombang University on Tuesday ( 8/1/2023).

Rocky Gerung compared finding investors for the IKN project to meeting someone. Indonesia is seen as forcing potential investors from IKN.

“That means, stupid. He has a potential girlfriend who doesn’t want him, force. Now go to China, force again. That’s what I said. Mr. Jokowi made a stupid policy in as president. The nuances are different,” he added. .

According to Rocky, people who dare to speak the truth like them shouldn’t be hated. Moreover, he is ready to prove to the government all the points of his critics.

“Why do you have to hate people who say honest things. I speak the truth. Prove it! OK, I will prove it. Open the forum, I will explain to you one by one. Don’t dare. Keep protesting loud and loud. Invite me here, I want to talk about it, I know all the knowledge,” he said.

Rocky Gerung himself was previously believed to have insulted Jokowi during the seminar and the big consolidation of the Million Workers Action Alliance. This prompted the United Volunteers of Indonesia to report Rocky Gerung to Polda Metro Jaya on Monday (7/31).

Rocky was reported in connection with Section 28(2) Jo Section 45A(2) of the ITE Act Number 19 of 2016 and/or Section 156 of the Penal Code and/or Section 160 of the Penal Code and/or Article 14 paragraph 1 and paragraph 2 and/or Article 15 of Law No. 1 of 1946 concerning criminal legal regulations.
