UNISMUH.AC.ID, MAKASSAR – The implementation of the ta’ruf of new students of Unismuh Makassar 2023 on the second day, Friday, September 15, 2023, took place in each faculty

The faculties that organize friendly presentations for new students and the academic community on campus are the Faculty of Islamic Religion, the Faculty of Engineering, FISIP and the Faculty of Agriculture.

This was highlighted by the Chairman of the 2023 Freshmen Welcoming Committee, Dr. HM. Arfah Bas’ah, M.Pd.I to the media Friday, September 15, 2023 at Campus Unismuh Jl. Sultan Alauddin Makassar.

It was explained that the materials provided during the ta’ruf to the new students of the faculty included information and overview of the faculty, vision and mission for the academic achievements of the professors and students.

Introduction to the Dharma of Failures of Muhammadiyah Higher Education delivered by Vice Deans I, II, III and IV respectively.

Apart from this, institutional introduction at the degree program level with explanations and information about each set of departments of the degree program.

New students will also be closer to their respective study programs through an introduction to the curriculum. Through the Curriculum Manager and Secretary, they will provide curriculum information as well as presentations to lecturers who will later interact in online and face-to-face classrooms.

New students will also receive information about the academic services system so they understand the academic services they will receive while studying, he said.

The total number of new undergraduate and D3 students who participated in ta’ruf reached 2963 people, approximately 1969 people chose the program upstream and 994 online.

In addition, on the third day of ta’ruf, Saturday September 16, 2023, it will take place at the FKIP, Faculty of Law, Faculty of Economics and Commerce.

The culmination of this ta’ruf will take place on Monday, September 18, 2023 with the holding of an inauguration meeting of the Senate for the 2023 new students by the Chancellor of Unismuh, Professor H Ambo Asse, at the Makassar Unismuh Convention Lobby.
