Group F will face off first, namely Croatia vs Belgium and Canada vs Morocco at 22:00 WIB.
The Croatia vs Belgium encounter will determine the winner of Group F and prepare to meet the team qualified for the Round of 16.
Croatia only need a draw to qualify for the knockout stages. On the other hand, a victory over Canada will give Morocco the chance to win Group F and only meet the Group E runners-up in the round of 16.
Then, the final match of Group E will take place simultaneously on Friday (2/12) at 02:00 WIB. Japan vs Spain will take place at the Khalifa International Stadium.
Both had to battle it out for the top 16 ticket. Now Japan sits in second place, while Spain takes first place.
However, the results of both teams depend on the Costa Rica vs Germany match at the same time. Costa Rica’s chances of qualifying for the Round of 16 are likely greater. The reason is that Los Ticos have accumulated three points at the moment.
By winning against Germany, Costa Rica was able to secure a place in the round of 16.
