“We ask for support from the Netherlands to explain Indonesia’s position that EU deforestation is causing problems for Indonesia. Because it will affect our agricultural products, such as coffee, cocoa, pepper, rubber, palm oil. It’s very detrimental,” Zulhas said. .

For information, the value of trade between Indonesia and the Netherlands will increase in 2022, reaching 6.2 billion US dollars. Indonesia also has a surplus of $4.5 billion.
