Thanks to SATUSEHAT, the Ministry of Health reduces health reporting – Healthy My Country

Jakarta, February 23, 2023

The Indonesian Ministry of Health will remove the health reporting system through SATUSEHAT. This platform streamlines health reporting by health workers, going from 400 applications to 8 applications.

“In the past, we were able to digitally identify more than 400 reporting applications in the health system. With just one health, that would only make 8 reports. “So at the Puskesmas, which previously made reports filling all kinds of applications , there were a total of 400 applications, later with SATUSEHAT there will be 8 applications”, said Deputy Minister of Health Prof. Dr. Dante Saksono Harbuwono at the press conference of the National Working Meeting on health in Jakarta, Thursday (23/2).

SATUSEHAT is one of the means used by the Ministry of Health to integrate data from medical records of patients in health institutions into a single Indonesian health service platform. This platform is the embodiment of the sixth pillar of health system transformation, namely the pillar of health technology transformation.

The National Health Work Meeting 2023 focuses on the theme Harmony of central and regional transformation to optimize and accelerate the results of health development work. Synergy of the national health system to make it stronger, alert, anticipatory, responsive and resilient in the face of health threats.

After the opening session, a more detailed explanation of the pillars was continued by the relevant technical manager. During this meeting, there was also a session to share best practices for each transformation pillar. The final session was a thematic discussion aimed at producing recommendations to accelerate the implementation of health transformation.
